In recent years significant progress and evolution has taken place in the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable economies including the emergence of new industries and technologies. In addition, over the last decades we have already seen diverse developments in what can now be described as „The Sustainable Revolution„ where governments, corporations and the civil society organizations have been working together relentlessly to achieve a sustainable future for the global community. As a result, a broad change in the meaning of the term „Sustainability„ has brought significant change into the way business will be conducted in the future.
These new important developments have the potential to engage the global community in new emerging economies such as: green energies & renewable resources, mobility, food, agriculture, and tourism, whilst promoting a global and an equal access to the job market, education, gender equality and youth empowerment.
In light of these important developments, the Autogrill Group and the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy have initiated a forum on the perspectives and the challenges that will be faced by corporations in the near future, in order to outline the benefits of joining sustainability efforts by building strategic partnerships. The main focus of the forum will be Sustainable Economies and value creation through the means of CSR.
