I have been considering joining Cindy Sheehan on Martha's Vineyard, as we have spent a little time together. I told her again about our need to keep the campaign, itself, apart from protests. I wished her the very best and look forward to the Universal Peace Treaty which she develops with others.

Dear Lynne,
what a wonderful, lovely idea for PEACE PAVILLION.
Ever hear of
Contact Jean Campbell. I am sure they would dedicate either a space or
click on link to your Peace Pavillion.
Good Luck!

From Lynne Knudson...

Hi Everyone,
I live in Easthampton, MA & look forward to working with all of you for peace. Years ago I had a designed the concept of a peace center called the Peace Pavilion and now I'm thinking that perhaps the idea can be used as a virtual Peace Pavilion on the net. Anyway, if anyone has an interest, please let me know & I'll tell you all of the particulars.

Anna, I apologize. Of course, it is Congressman Neal who Represents District 2. Statewide advocacy is to gain Congressional support for HR 808. All our MA Representatives are Co-sponsors of the Youth Promise Act, which represents a big piece of the Dept. of Peace legislation. I will call you!

Thank Patricia. Lynch is not my congressman; is this advocacy statewide? I guess I'm confused. But I'll wait to hear from you.
Many thanks!

Hi Anna! I have tried to call you several times - and will try again today. As you live in District 2 it would be great if you could gather several people to begin planning a visit to Congressman Lynch, who is not in favor of a Dept. of Peace!!

What district are you in? you may also want to get in touch w/ Pat Simon, the MA state coordinator. She is involved with a lot and could always use a helping hand. Make sure to contact her on here too! Peace! :)
