Goal: Hoyer's support of DoP legislation

Everyone knows that due to Hoyer's position in the House, that he is less likely to support legislation that does not already have strong support to begin with. Are there any instances where he was the flag-bearer for a peace of legislation, or at least where he took a slightly less solidified position than later carried the day? NVC practice

Hey there,

Been going to a practice group off and on for a couple months now, when I've been in town or not crazy busy. I've tried to make it a priority, and have found the sessions really of great value, and am naturally looking to make NVC more natural in my day to day life. Any suggestions? Thanks! I live by the way in DC.
