This is interesting  to me because I know that city life bring out the worst in human being. And New York city is one of those place that tops the list of worst place on earth for bring out the worst in humans. People come from around the world to do crime here and The Truth is hidden from the masses. Ask your self. Why are prisons in NewYork so Crowded with foreigner. And why do all the studies show that it is base on populations size.

Back in 1962, I worked as a maskingutt (engine boy) on the Norwegian freighter, "Jane Stove". I needed dental care while the ship was in Hamburg, Germany. Even though I was American, everything was taken care of. No paper work and no waiting lines. I was treated by all hands and officers as an equal. I have worked many jobs in my life and never was I treated with more respect. My biggest mistake was not emigrating to Norway when I had the opportunity. It seems that this short film by Michael Moore has shown me that all that I believe in today is happening in Norway. Maybe the US sends military advisors all over the world. Well, maybe the US should import living advisors from Norway and legislate at least a majority of their recommendations.

Thank you  Michael and thank you Ted. I can confirm every bit of the video, as I was in Sweden in 1978 - 1979, I went there in Winter of 1978 in November and went through most of the seasons, I have also passed through Norway. That particular year had a freak Winter where even a couple of people died in the south. That was the year the fire department carried out an exercise and burnt three more houses and the fire chief and the minister concerned resigned immediately. Scandinavia with very high standards of living and caring. The Winter though extremely cold had a terrible but an alluring beauty, and I did not feel the cold as the warmth of the hearts of the many friends I had kept me warm. I had so many invitations a month for dinner and almost every week-end taken out by one friend or other. Friends from all walks of life from doctors, lawyers, professors to watch makers taxi drivers and even an ex prisoner who was the leader of a prison break, but gone back to prison again and reformed, who took me to a birthday party of another ex prisoner, where I met so many ex prisoners and almost all the wardens. Their mutual relationship and friendship was so sincere and true, I soon felt at ease although I had a few misgivings earlier. One beautiful friend who looked after me like my mother is still there, who has taken a lot of beatings, having to undergo many operations, almost deaf and blind yet acutely aware of everything. Maybe all of you here  could join me in sending your love to her through her son whose name is Anders Wassberger in the facebook, you can access through my profile. My friend is Carla Wassberger who is 102 years old. Oh those Scandinavians are so beautiful, I still shed tears of love even after thirty odd years. God bless Them and thank you once again.

Wow. I want to move to Norway. I have a Norwegian friend whom I will be seeing in May when I am in Berlin and will talk to her about her experience living in Oslo. Thanks for this video showing real peace in action.
