The Pece Alliance empowers civic engagement toward a culture of peace. We are a grassroots alliance of organizer and advocates throughout the United States taking the work of peacebuilding from the margins of society into the centers of national discourse and policy priorities.
Beyond the creation of a U.S. Department of Peace, we are focusing on the Youth PROMISE Act, the first landmark legislation addressing only non-punitive solutions to youth violence. With your help to fill the room, we will reach our goals of raising awareness about the positive responses to the current epidemic of violence and maintaining a strong financial foundation for our efforts both locally and nation wide! We will be making a non-required donation request as a part of the event.
Please RSVP to attend by emailing me back at [email protected] Please include your name, your guests names, and email contact information. Thank you for honoring us and joining with us on this, Gandhi's birthday, Oct. 2nd to give breath to nonviolent solutions.
