Books4Peace is a fundraising site on Amazon where we sell gently used books with the proceeds being donated to The Peace Alliance and The Student Peace Alliance. Everyone is invited to participate. Contact me if you want to sell some books.

Comment by Ted Nunn on January 30, 2010 at 1:50pm: If you want to join me in selling used books on Amazon to support the Peace Alliance in creating a culture of peace, the process is simple:

a) Go to Amazon.com and search for the title you want to sell

b) See what the going price is for a book of similar condition and make sure we'll make enough off the sale to offset the effort (the sale price should be at least $7-8)

c) Send me a note with the title of the book, the condition, the price you want to sell it at and your e-mail address.

d) I will create the listing on Amazon and let you know when we get the sale.

e) I will send you the purchaser's address and you will be responsible for mailing the item to the purchaser within 2 business days (this is an Amazon rule)

f) The cost of USPS Media Mail postage (approx. $4 per book) will be your donation to the fundraising effort.

Other things to keep in mind:
- The value of your book will depend on how recent it is and the condition it's in.
