I went to Mr. Cummings Ellicott City office today where I had a brief chat with Amy Stratton who staffs that office. We didn't talk about peace per se, but talked about health care. I was taking part in the FCNL action of taking a flower to Congress. His office is equally confused about the idea of dropping the public option as I am. The office is on main street in the old post office--it was a little hard to find because there's no address on the building (that I saw) and no sign out front. Just thought I'd share about that contact!

Mr. Cummings is a long-time supporter of H.R. 808, and is also a co-sponsor of the Youth PROMISE act - H.R. 1064.
