Interfaith peacemaking and ways to overcome Islamophobia

How wonderful to discover a site where peace activists can come together and share their work and insights! By way of introducing myself, I am a Quaker from Los Angeles deeply involved with interfaith peace activism and serve as clerk (coordinator) of peace commitee for California Quakers. I also serve on the board of many interfaith organizations, which I list below.



I have been fasting for Ramadan since 9/11 as a spiritual pratice and as an outreach to the Muslim community. M
