Dept of Peace...a need long overdue

In these times when people should be more evolved and enlightened, it is more than time for the Department of Peace to be reentered into the consciousness of humanity. I worked for this endeavor several years ago when Dennis Kucinich introduced it. It seemed like a common sense idea.
