Peace Building is still out of mind of humans

No one perhaps is interested for Peace Building in the world. All of us are racing to acqire wealth through violent means. We have lost what empathy is. We have forgotten the SCIENCE OF SPIRITUALITY, a component of which is PEACE. We have forgotten the meaning of SCHOOL, which is a place of Peace, Today in school we teach everything except Peace. We donot link DEVELOPMENT WITH PEACE, as a result all kinds of Development become unsustainable and violent. We do not recognize PEACE EDUCATION as a…See More

Peace Building Dads!

Peace unifies. Let us not stratify it by Peace building dads, moms etc. Stratification is the greatest enemy of Peace. Let there be Peace in everybody's mind, soul and Karma to enjoy the fruits of Peace. Look at the present world- what we have done with it- a total destruction of life and Nature. Please realise it and change our mindset to a true peace culture without social, economic, physical and ecological crimes. When we will be able to realise this?Prof.Fani Bhusan DasSee More

Key Message of Peace Week 2010

Developing clear perception of Peace is the key message of Peace week 2010.It is high time to perceive Peace as objective(not subjective), a science of blending of matter- SECURITY,COMFORT WITH A SENSE OF ENOUGHNESS AND HAPPINESS and antimatter-TRUTH,ORDER AND HARMONY.Peace essentially is convergence of "SCIENCE OF MATTER" WITH "SCIENCE OF SPIRITUALITY".My book "PEACE TIMECALENDAR" published by authorhouse,Bloomington,Indiana,USA justifies scientifically how Peace is Science and an integral…

Professor, How are you fairing? I was thinking of you recently as I was attending a talk on Samhain (So'wen) from the pre-Christian Celtic tradition.  The speaker eloquently presented the Pagan calendar with its cosmic and astral markers of the turning of the year.  It was based on the thirteen month lunar calendar. I was paralleling it with your work.  What seems to be such a mind boggling change to our present calendar simply reflects in your book (Peace Time Calendar) an ancient and heaven/earth connected discarded Truth.  I hope that you are well.  In Peace, Jan

I often come back to that sloka when I am weakened and drained by circumstances. I offer this to you in empathy. Here in New Hampshire I have come to view myself as a Placeholder for Peace; if I am accomplishing nothing else, not opening any hearts or minds to greater understandings, I am at least a Holder of the Space for the aliveness of peace to have a place to rest and emanate from. Time, as created falsely by man, must be endured. I, for one, thank you for your decades of peace work, your vision and for your writings. Please continue onward. It may not be in this lifetime that the fruits of your labor will be actualized but I do believe that your work is integral to our evolution. "What is not, has never been; and what is, always is. This truth about the real and the unreal has been realized by the seers." 2:14. Be well, Brother. I am with you in PEACE POWER.

Dear Professor,
I have been deeply moved by your disheartened and honest sharing. I hear, and know personally, your anguish regarding the present overall vibration of the world and its consciousness. VIOLENT POWER does seem to be the ruling force and our work simply feels as though we are banging our heads against a brick wall. This past year I did some trans-personal work and discovered my angst was due to the fact that my Being/my world view did not match that of the reality of the world. Even though I 'knew' this, I discovered that I was attached to the notion that the world SHOULD know better and this was causing my suffering. The world is as it is at this point in its evolution and I needed, and continually need, to accept that.
II am reading your books now. They are rich and intelligent (and sometimes beyond my grasp). They hold a great truth. You are a visionary. And much like the cases of leading edge visionaries of the past there are strongly established forces deeply ingrained in the structure of society that won't budge and allow space for the vision. I think of Gandhi and Martin Luther King, the women encouraging the right to vote. Change came excruciatingly slowly. My heart holds great sorrow for your despair. I know this despair, having been slumped over and despondent as Arjuna was in the battlefield. During that time I meditated on sloka 2:3 from the Bhagavad Gita. Krishna is chiding Arjuna for not doing his duty. "Yield not to weakness. It does not suit you. Shake off this petty faintheartedness. Stand up, Scorcher of foes, wake up!"

I have just returned from hospital.I am working in the field of PEACE for last more than two decades. But slow realisation is coming to me that hardly anyone is prepared to adopt PEACE POWER. Almost every one is for VIOLENT POWER not knowing that only PEACE POWER can conquer every thing in life and the world. For this my two books 1)Peace Technology2) Peace TimeCalendar are unwanted. That is why I want to sell the copyright of my two books. The life and world is miserable today because most of us depend on VIOLENT POWER.All these social networkings are virtual as PEACE POWER has not given its due position.
I think in this life I will not be able to influence the humanity to adopt PEACE POWER as a tool of growth and development.I propose to retire

i agree, prof Fani Bhusan, that you are on the right track, but, believe me, more and more people will recognize it and share our vision. We have to apply R. FRITZ, and/or P. SENGE theory and methodology, and step by step connect these points (reality/vision) through CREATIVE learning and actions.

It is now time to change PEACE from "subjective" to "objective" with new definition. "Peace "is SECURITY(Physical,Socio-economic etc), Comfort with a sense of enoughness and Happiness intimately linked to TRUTH,ORDER AND HARMONY". Peace is convergence of "Science of Matter" with "Science of Spirituality". Sustainable Peace must be an integral component Development of all kinds. Only adoption of this new & 21st century definition of Peace, the Humanity can be able to create a violent-free peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world and Human Civilization. My site www.worldpeacetech.com may please be visited.
