- What first attracted you to peace activism?
- When I see beautiful balck and brown men locked up as if locking people up helps them change their thinking. Even when there are so many studies documenting that the trauma in prison only worsens one's attitude to life and other human being, we then must accept that prisons are not in service to safety and thus not serving society. It also does not serve those who are incarcerated, The people it serves are the 1% who benefit in the building and running of prisons.
