I appeal to the fathers of every nation to take up the cry in support of the mothers who protest against war to solve conflict. Most men in positions of power resort to war because of their egocentric attitude, when they forget their own women and children. it is now time for all men too to stand up against the carnage brought about by war among countries and within a country, among racial and religious groups.

It is also time to amend the constitution of the united nations, to increase the number of the decision making security council members from five to at least fifteen. It appears at present the five members are scratching each others backs and pulling the wool over the eyes of the rest of the world. Won't it be great if the present five nations appoint women to represent them and appoint at least ten other stable nations to join the security council. I understand Germany, India and Japan are strong contenders and Brazil being the largest Latin American country in my opinion are the most eligible members to be absorbed. Three cheers to all the courageous women who fight for peace and freedom. May God bless you and give you the strength to continue your fight until you achieve PEACE, FREEDOM and LOVE among the human family.

I've seen this before, but today as I watched, my entire body was engulfed with tingles and tears sprang from my eyes. We can do better. We must do more. Complacency is our worst enemy. Commitment is our greatest gift. Now, today, we must each take one additional step towards the future that we know is the truth, the future that does not allow the naysayers and skeptics to be the louder and stronger force, but the future where love, sustainability and peace is reality. For the mothers of the past, present and future, and for all the children today and in the future, let's celebrate by taking one more step each and every day, and never ever give up.
